The brief

Horizonti Travel offers travel services, holiday planning and tailor-made trips. It needed a new logo that conveys the brand’s message simply: freedom of choice, travel and new experiences.

What we did

Zale Design Studio started with an analysis of the existing visual identity and consultations with the client. The logo shows two roads that gradually diverge, symbolising the choice of route, with a sun icon between them standing for new beginnings, warmth and energy. Clean, minimal lines let it reproduce crisply at any size, on screen and in print.

The outcome

Horizonti Travel received a minimalist, scalable logo designed to work across its website, social media, promotional materials and print ads.

Logo design for Horizonti Travel: a clear visual identity for the travel industry

Horizonti Travel offers its clients travel services, holiday planning and unique experiences on the road. As a tourism business, it understands the value of clear, recognisable communication with its customers. Working with their team, we designed a new logo that conveys the brand's core message simply and clearly. It helps the company's visual identity stand out in a crowded landscape of digital media and travel offers.

About Horizonti Travel

Horizonti Travel works in travel services, offering tailor-made trips and holidays. The company works to ensure that every client finds a trip tailored to their wishes and needs. You can find details of its services, destinations and special offers on the Horizonti Travel website. As its design partner, our goal was to create a logo that supports the company's mission and makes the brand easier for potential clients to recognise.

The logo design process

The logo design for Horizonti Travel began with an analysis of the existing visual identity and the client's wishes. In the initial consultations we discussed the core message the company wanted to convey: freedom of choice, travel and new experiences. From those conversations we developed a concept built on the symbolism of travel and natural elements.

At the heart of the logo is an illustration of two roads that gradually diverge. A sun icon sits in the space between them, adding a further layer of meaning. This simple yet clear concept makes the logo distinctive and easy to understand, both on digital platforms and in print.

The roads

The two diverging roads represent choosing a route and the many directions a journey can take. The symbol reminds clients that every trip brings new possibilities and experiences. Clean, clearly drawn lines mean the design reproduces easily at different sizes, which matters for use both online and offline.

The sun icon

At the centre, in the space between the roads, sits a sun icon. The sun stands for beginnings, warmth and energy, all essential to the travel industry. It reinforces the idea of fresh starts and positive experiences on the road. The icon is simple enough to recognise at a glance, which makes the logo even more memorable.

Bringing the elements together

Combining the roads and the sun creates a logo that is simple but informative. A minimalist approach strikes a balance between symbolism and function. The design is built to adapt to different media, from the website and social media to promotional materials and print ads.

Why a logo matters in the travel industry

A logo plays a key role in how a company presents itself, especially in travel, where visual impressions can be decisive. A well-designed logo delivers:

  • Brand recognition: A clearly designed logo helps potential clients identify Horizonti Travel instantly, making it easier to communicate the company's message and values.
  • Flexible use: As travel services are increasingly promoted through digital channels, a logo has to adapt to different formats and sizes. A minimalist design keeps it clearly visible on mobile devices, websites and social media.
  • A consistent visual identity: The logo is the foundation of a company's visual identity. By using consistent design elements, Horizonti Travel can create a unified impression across all its communication channels.

Logos for online businesses and travel services

In modern business, where most communication happens online, a good logo has never mattered more. Digital platforms call for logos that are:

  • Scalable: A logo must stay recognisable at any display size. This is especially important on mobile devices and in web apps.
  • Functional: A clear, simple design makes the brand instantly identifiable, which is crucial online, where users often decide in the blink of an eye.
  • Versatile: Logos that adapt well to different backgrounds and media can be applied consistently across websites, social media, online ads and other digital content.

Conclusion

The new logo gave Horizonti Travel a clear, recognisable visual identity with which to present itself to the market. The combination of two roads and a sun icon symbolises travel, new beginnings and choosing the right direction. A minimalist design approach ensures the logo is functional, scalable and suited to the demands of today's digital media.

This project shows how important it is for travel companies to invest in their visual identity. A good logo does more than build brand recognition: it also makes it easier to communicate with potential clients, a key ingredient of success in today's digital age.
