For 2022, the color of the year for a few more weeks was Very Peri (PANTONE 17-3938), which they said “illustrates the fusion of modern life and how color trends in the digital world translate into the physical world and vice versa.”

Color of the 2023
A few days ago, Pantone announced the color of the year for 2023. Their choice is Viva Magenta 18-750. This rich red color was chosen because it “balances boldness with a sense of fun. This dynamic blend exudes rebellion, but not at the expense of softness. It embodies an expression of fierce grace, inspiring us to show up with confidence and humanity.”
We believe that we will see this color a lot in the design of 2023.
Although these are trend predictions for 2023, we know that many trends disappear faster than we hoped, and some new ones appear. So you should always be up to date with new information and follow how the industry is moving.
